Employees clock in and out effortlessly via a clock terminal or the Timetell app. The clock automatically records arrival, breaks, and departure times. All data is processed directly in the Timetell software. This provides a complete overview of worked hours, overtime, and absences, without any manual input.

With the clock system, you can see at a glance who is present, who is absent, and who is working externally. The information is visible on a reception screen or in the app. The reason for absence, such as leave or a business trip, can also be displayed. The clock system supports various identification methods, such as RFID badges, key fobs, or fingerprints. Fingerprint recognition helps prevent fraud, while cards and fobs offer speed and convenience. Job registration and Datafox integration

The clocking system of Timetell can be expanded with job registration via barcode scanners. This allows you to register exactly how much time is spent per customer, order or project.

For hardware, Timetell works together with Datafox, a reliable German partner providing high-quality terminals and scanners. Datafox equipment supports multiple RFID protocols (such as Mifare, HID and Hitag), allowing the same badges to be used for access control as well.
